Provide an advocacy service in Courts near us and in the Home Counties – as, for instance, Staines, Uxbridge, Brentford, Slough, Guildford, Horsham, Hayward’s Heath, Brighton, Eastbourne, Canterbury. Also Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes, Bedford, High Wycombe, Oxford, Basingstoke, Winchester. Including Courts on our eastern side, such as Bow, Ilford, Romford, Chelmsford and Colchester;

Afford advocacy skills, advice and drafting to service providers based locally or in SW London and the Home Counties. As part of Chambers’ service, members are ready to attend professional clients in their own offices, by arrangement, or can afford facilities for conferences here in Shepperton, Our aim is to offer prompt assistance, and saving on time and travel costs whenever possible.

All practising members have attended a course dealing with the provisions of the Human Rights Act 1998 and, in addition, Arthur James – our Head of Chambers – can now deal with Public Access work within Bar Council rules.
